Many of our deliveries are with the customer on the next working day, however we ask that you give us 3 - 5 working days to deliver as we don’t keep every item in stock and sometimes they are sent direct from the manufacturer or have to be ordered in to us before despatch. If an order is going to take longer than 5 days we will let you know straight away and give you the option of a refund if you are not happy to wait. You are of course very welcome to contact us to get a confirmed delivery date before placing an order.

What to do with Faulty, Damaged or Unwanted Items

In the event that goods have been incorrectly picked or damaged in transit, we of course apologise sincerely and kindly ask that you notify us within two days of receipt of goods.

We may arrange collection via Fed Ex; alternatively we may ask you to return the goods. We also, of course, will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

With regret, we cannot accept claims after this period.
