FAQ

Do you offer returns?


Yes, we provide a no fuss returns policy. However please contact us before returning any item, so that we can advise the best course of action.
 

How long will my order take to arrive?


Unless stated otherwise, we dispatch items within 1 working day.
 

What payment methods are accepted?


We accept Credit or Debit Card, and Paypal, all via our Sagepay secure checkout system. We also accept payment via the phone.
 

Can I cancel my order?


Yes - you will need to let us know within 12 hours, and only if the order has not already been dispatched.
 

Do you have a shop I can visit?


Yes! We have two stores, one in Canterbury and one which is in Medway. We offer collection from our Canterbury store, so come visit!
 

What should I do if items arrive faulty, damaged or unwanted?


In the event that goods have been incorrectly picked or damaged in transit, we of course apologise sincerely and kindly ask that you notify us within two days of receipt of goods.
 

You may call us on 0845 658 8441 or email us using the form on the 'Contact Us' page. Please give your order reference number and a brief description of the fault.
 

We may arrange collection via Fed Ex; alternatively we may ask you to return the goods. We also, of course, will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
 

With regret, we cannot accept claims after this period.
