Yes! We have two stores, one in Canterbury and one which is in Medway. We offer collection from our Canterbury store, so come visit!
In the event that goods have been incorrectly picked or damaged in transit, we of course apologise sincerely and kindly ask that you notify us within two days of receipt of goods.

We may arrange collection via Fed Ex; alternatively we may ask you to return the goods. We also, of course, will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
